Enhanced eCreator Applications Help Call Centers Respond to Needs of Healthcare Facilities

The 1Call Division of AMTELCO is pleased to announce that three new applications
have been added to the 1Call eCreator Web-based scripting system. These
new applications include Class Registration, Order Entry, and Appointment
Taking. In addition, eCreator's already-powerful reporting capabilities
have been greatly enhanced.
eCreator is 1Call's revolutionary HTML-based agent scripting system that
allows healthcare call centers to easily add additional services to streamline
communications enterprise-wide. eCreator uses drag-and-drop simplicity
to streamline the process of creating agent scripts. Using eCreator's
built-in database and branching capabilities, the flow of each call can
easily be controlled, based on information given by callers. No special
training is required to produce even the most complex scripts, ensuring
that the scripts can be created by current in-house personnel with only
minimal development time.
The eCreator Class Registration application allows healthcare facilities
to register callers for any kind of event, monitor seating availability,
process credit card payments, track a caller's registration history, and
send confirmation e-mail messages to both registrants and instructors.
The eCreator Appointment Taking application enables healthcare facilities
to easily schedule, change, and manage appointments for people, facilities,
and resources. eCreator can also send confirmation e-mail messages to
the people involved.
eCreator also includes integral reporting capabilities, which allow call
centers to create detailed reports, and deliver them as needed to clients.
A number of built-in administrative and call traffic reports are now included,
simplifying the process of generating billing and management tools.
